New Plan Learning (NPL) is a non-profit organization that exists to assist Charter Schools in navigating the complexities of budgeting, designing, building, and financing new and existing spaces.
We partner with school leaders to bring their vision for school growth to life. Our NPL team comprises former school leaders, Charter founders, board members, operators, and experts in charter school construction and financing. As the only Charter School Developer made up of charter school practitioners, we understand the unique constraints of charter schools. With expertise in school construction, we provide tailored solutions to fit your budget. We facilitate financing through various sources and start by listening to your needs in detail. Construction can be overwhelming, but we’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring your success throughout the process.
